Welcome to Bloom with G. I’m Grainne McPhillips, a Recruiter with over 8 years working in Talent in Broadcast Television. Prior to this I was a TV Casting Producer.

I started my career in TV as an Audience Coordinator on the Dara O'Briain fronted show The Panel for RTE. I then worked across various RTE productions, such as The Podge and Rodge show, before making the move to London. During my many years working in both studio and casting, I worked on shows such as All Star Mr and Mrs, Take Me Out, The Voice, Let's Dance for Sport Relief, Got to Dance, Who Wants to be a Millionaire, Jon Richardson Grows Up, and many (many!) quiz and game shows. My last job in casting was on the wonderful Secret Life of 3 and 4 Year Olds at RDF before moving into recruitment and headhunting. After 6 years with People in Production (now Thrive) I returned to RDF as Talent Exec.

Using my almost 20 years experience I decided to set up Bloom with G. The aim of this business is to help people, across all industries, discover their next step. As a researcher by trade, I will analyse the market you are looking to progress in, or one perhaps one you are stepping into, to give you the best chance in your next chapter.
